Ahmedabad based Rasna to introduce a second brand this year

According to report published from Calcutta, India’s largest instant drink maker Ahmedabad based Rasna will introduce a second brand this year and enter the premium beverage segment.

The company is yet to finalize a new name according to Chairman and Managing Director Piruz Khambatta, who also added that Rasna is building a separate distribution channel for this product with Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore as initial target markets. Khambhatta said a new brand name would require since Rasna is identified with mass segment.
