Three new bridges to be opened in Surat today

Surat is getting thee new bridges built by Surat Municipal Corporation on Friday. Gujarat’s Urban Development Minister Nitin Patel is going to inaugurate the bridges.

The bridges are constructed at a cost of Rs 27 crore. Amroli bridge, named as Pandit Shyamji Krishna Verma bridge, joins Amroli and Katargam and has been built at a cost of Rs 23.96 crore. The other bridge to be opened is the one joining GIDC Pandesara area to Pandesara housing board. It is built at the cost of Rs 1.55 crore. The Khadi bridge built near Sanjaynagar-Jilani Nagar on way to Unn Gabheni Road has cost Rs 1.60 crore.
