Tourism Corporation of Gujarat and Tourism Department of Egypt government will work for the mutual cooperation and understanding in Tourism development in India according to state government press release.
Tourism Secretary Shri Vipul Mittra, who participated in International India Tourism Mart held in Bangluru, yesterday met official of Egypt International Tourism Board and made an elaborated presentation which showed broader view of Tourism opportunities and was highly focused on the development aspects in the exhibition at mart. Shri Mittra and official of Egypt tourism office in India had decided to work out a mutual plan at IITM Bangluru for co operation and understanding in tourism and hospitality.
Various International Tourism Boards like Greece, including Egypt were also present. Shri Mittra also discussed possibilities about sending tourists from their Countries to Gujarat and vice versa.
Yesterday, Tourism Corporation of Gujarat had organized a Road show at Bangluru for promotion of Vibrant Gujarat Tourism and inviting Tour operators, Travel agents, Investors for the development of Gujarat Tourism. Tourism Secretary Shri Mittra took part in the road show also.
Tourism Stakeholders from the private sector were also present in the Road Show in order to interact with the agents/tour operators of Bangalore.
After the Road Show Shri Vipul Mittra Secretary Tourism visited IITM Exhibition Bangluru in which Gujarat Tourism has taken part for showcasing its variety of tourism products. During his visit to the exhibition he met various Travel agents, Tour operators.
