With the coming of modern new airport in Ahmedabad , It is now the moral responsibility of tourism stake holders to get minimum 3 to 4 charter tour plane per month . There are many charter tour operators in India as well as all over the world who are looking for new areas. If we are able to analyze segments, it is easy to achieve our objective.

To promote tourism, we need few international tour Operators summit or festival, or conference at least for 3 years in Gujarat which supported by fame tours of Gujarat to promote Gujarat destinations internationally with help of international travel media. It will be much cheaper and result oriented…

Tourism is a product of dreams converted in to reality with perceptions, selling experiences, insights of various intangible and tangible elements . We must reach every bed rooms of the world with the help of e- media , CDs, International Travel magazines, social media , International road shows of food , cultural dance, etc at the same time we must look at sustainable tourism for value

Proud to be an Amdavadi! ONly Gujarat tourism should wake up from slumber! We feel like crying when we see the status of tourist places, facilities, responses from responsible personnel. Can you believe we (after being born & brought here!) are yet to visit 80% of places in Gujarat?? I shudder at such thoughts of going to tourist places here.

Although the pictures taken are giving quite clear view of how the new airport would be – still a little bit more light is needed in pictures for clarity. May be they are taken in the morning/fog/rainy atmosphere?
Also, how much air-traffic it is going to handle?

I wish our Ahmedabad all the very best wishes after seeing such beautiful, magnificent and wonderful pictures of this international airport. My heart is full of uncontrollable joy. Soon more services will be up and running to justify such huge expense. Gujarat tourism is booming rapidly, and this was needed to facilitate future passenger traffic to India. Ahmedabad is ideally situated in India. This would take massive pressure from Mumbai and Delhi who even now can barely cope, with massive rise in number of passengers arriving in India !

I have seen the new airport in detail. The mantra for Airports Authority of India (AAI) seems to be: SADAK KACHI TO NAUKRI PAKI !!!
    Come and see for yourself…

Ohhh my God,, what a good fascilities. Its really nice for domestic traveller. Now Ahmedabad need more and more International flights, atleast 3-4 in a day from variety of airlines.
If south Indian airport have more traffic for middel east and they have lots of flights, then why Ahmedabad airport not.
For America, Europe and Canada this airport need direct flights on regular base. Here there is not a single problem of fog or over air traffic, like Mumbai and Delhi.
Its really nice and very good for all travellers, Visit My Gujrat.
