Gujarat Fiance Minister Vajubhai Vala today in his budget speech announced 2000 new passenger buses for interior areas with state’s help of Rs 311 crore. He also announced 1200 new bus trips for students in the state.
Vala announced up gradation of 21 state transport bus stations and computerized integrated depot management system’s implementation at 50 bus depots.
Also all RTO offices, check posts and license procedures would be computerized with newer up gradation at a cost of Rs 56.80 crore.
