Cambay Hindu Merchant Cooperative Bank falls, RBI's help sought
Buddy movie Khambhat’s 70-year-old Cambay Hindu Merchant Cooperative Bank has sought help from the Reserve Bank of India as it has not enough money to pay back the depositors anymore now.

For last three days, the depositors rushed to the bank to pull their money out from the bank.
After paying Rs 1.75 crore to depositors, the bank locked its premises on Friday and put the sign board outside: ‘Due to weak financial position, we have closed our working.’
Angry depositors were told that the bank has Rs 7.5 crore fix deposite and has lended Rs 9 crore to the parties. Small depositors will get their money back as the deposites are insured.
